Reminiscent of a stunning overwater bungalow re-created here in the Caribbean to epitomise the glorious over water bungalows of Bora Bora or the Maldives but without the long journey half way across the world ,you can now experience these luxurious Over-the-Water Villas just 9 hours away on the beautiful island of Jamaica . Built to the highest spec with floating water hammocks to private glass floors purveying the underwater sea life, your over water villa will surely not disappoint as it delivers a memorable journey of the Caribbean's finest turquoise waters and rich marine life. Whilst enjoying private boat transfers to and from the resort – all included FIRST-OF-ITS-KIND IN THE CARIBBEAN, these innovative luxury Over-the-Water Villas are changing the all-inclusive game. Perched on a deck floating above turquoise waters, these spectacular accommodations feature see-through glass floors for ocean viewing, a Tranquility Soaking Tub, an over-the-water hammock for two and a private infinity pool for countless ways to enjoy the water.
This was the very first Sandals hotel I ever stayed in and loved it for being a really compact and intimate resort, I would meander through the beautifully kept gardens, with friendly staff always ready to say "Hello how are you today?" something you tend to lose from larger hotels !
Sandals Royal Caribbean is certainly a romantic journey to opposite sides of the world, from its Colonial British Manor to the mysteries of the Orient on a offshore Private Island located just across the resort’s expansive beach front.
As with all Sandals Luxury Included hotels, you will enjoy a wonderful choice of dining options and in true British tradition, afternoon tea is served each day, by white glove waiters asking you how your day has been so far.
Over the years the resort has seen a massive transformation since my 1st visit, now offering stunning swim out butler suites to it's portfolio, and recently announcing the very first Caribbean over water villas....why go to the Maldives when you can experience over water bungalows in the beautiful Caribbean?
